The Strength / HIIT class is a circuit style class designed to help us increase muscle mass, burn fat and blast calories.

In this class we use equipment such as kettlebells, power bags, slam balls and battle ropes to work on increasing our power and strength.

Some of the exercises require us to use our own bodyweight.

This class is suitable for beginners and we always provide alternative exercises / regressions. As with all our workouts, we focus on good form and technique.

The Cardio and Strength class is designed for us to increase our strength, tone up, burn fat and blast calories.

This class is also designed to help improve balance and coordination. This is, however a bodyweight class and no equipment is used.

This class is suitable for beginners and we always provide alternative exercises / regressions. The duration for each Monday class is 1 hour.

Fit Camp Bassbox is a fun, high intense workout using punch bags to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen the core, burn body fat and tone the muscles.

The workout targets all the major muscle groups in the lower and upper body – it uses boxing and kick boxing moves with Drum & Bass and House music to create a party atmosphere.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

There are 16 slots per class and you will need a bottle of water, sweat towel and boxing gloves (spares available).

The duration for each Bassbox class is 45 minutes.

The Boxercise class involves hitting focus pads and does not involve hitting an opponent.

It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to people of all fitness levels.
